Phase 1

Project Initiation and conception

The idea of Urban Five came when the team wanted to combine luxury with urban living. After collecting all details we set the foundations for a successful and well thought project. 

Phase 2

Project planning and definition

When the first step was completed and we determined that the project was worth undertaking, the Team started the project’s planning.

This was the most critical step as it set the foundation of the entire project. We identified the timeline as well as the project’s goals from beginning to end. The budget should always be kept in mind as it is essential to be estimated, outlined, and approved, as at the end of the day it will establish if a project succeeds or fails.

In this case our project is combining luxury with urban living lifestyle. Urban Five will consist of five houses in the area of Moni, in Limassol.

Project Execution and Launch

The execution and Launch of Urban Five is set to take place in 2024.

The project performance phase is where you have to ensure that the project is running on schedule and within budget.

Project Close

This is the last phase that the project has led to, where the project leaders have to offer deliverables to their clients. Project leaders must finalize the construction process and once the final tests and inspections have been made and approved, then the project must be approved by the client/owner as well, and once the client/owner accepts the project concludes.
